Next week is our final Tasting Table of the year, and we will be featuring the Harvest of the Month, Garlic!

A big reminder that Tuesday, May 9th, is our Tasting Table Prep Day! If you are able, we are still looking for volunteers from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at the Central Kitchen at Corvallis High School, to help us prepare the samples to be distributed!
We will be preparing a Green Garlic Pesto with Tortilla Chips, featuring spring garlic from Denison Farms and Goodfoot Farm!
This week, you can expect to find the following:
– 1 dish of Green Garlic Pesto
– 1-2 boxes sample cups
– 1-2 bags of tortilla chips (if they are not included, they will have already been delivered to your school’s kitchen)
